December reading project l.m

This is the stage of life is when your going into high school and that it is time to take your materials to school and to make new friends.

I like this kind of story because the author uses a events of life by writing it all in in a journal way. I like it to because he uses a lot of pictures to show what is happening and what the setting is so I like it a lot because of that. And this book is all about of preparing for  high school and I have a connection to that because next year I'm going to high school and it will be kind of hard to fit in at the beginning and learn how high school works with all of the different teachers and the different classes that we need to travel to one and the other in the day, I think that will be though for the first couple of days. I say in this book I have a question and it is Does Greg get involved in his school years and into his homework? I personalty don't because his highest note was a d+ in all of his years so I think that he will need to be more of a nerdy kind of guy that wants to have good notes and everything instead of being the type of guy that never does homework  and gets low marks.

In this whole book the author shows us that clearly Greg doesn't have luck and bad things always happens to him like in one part of the book they are having an egg hunt and when it is all done they find out that his aunt lost her ring and everyone blames Greg even if Greg looks outside and he finds one more egg and he opens it to see what it is inside and then he sees the ring. His mother had said if you find the ring just go hide it where no one is ever going to look. I have a really good connection to not having luck because once when I was 6 I was playing a hockey game on a small rink and the puck was in a corner. I went but I fell and then my hockey stick fell right on my finger and after 2 months it came off but luckily I had another one under. I have a question for not having luck. Did Greg make the right decision by not being friends with Rowley? I say that it wasn't a good choice because now that he is in high school it will be really hard to find a really good friend like Greg had. But for real that Greg lost his friend is because Rowley got a girl friend. At the end of the book we find out that the girl was just going out with him just so that another boy gets jealous of her and then he wants to go out with her again because before she went out with Rowley her boyfriend was the other guy.

P.11 has speech bubbles in it, this is one of the feature that Jeff Kinney puts in this book and I like it because of that. There are also sound effects and he has a good sense of Humor  because he writes funny things on almost all the pages. He also uses specific words like accidentally and other stuff like that. In this book I find that Greg should make the right decisions therefore not being in trouble because on page 201 he goes to ask the sec 5 boys if he could get a science fair project because he didn't have time to do his and then he gets busted buying one.

In the diary of a wimpy kid books Greg is the type of guy that doesn't like playing outside, not doing his homework, not getting good marks and getting friends or people to do things for him.  I can really relate to him by the type of guy that doesn't like playing outside and always plays video games because I could play xbox 24 hours a day if I didn't need sleep in my whole life I would play all day and all night without stoping except to go to the washroom and then I would become the best xbox player ever.
My friend that always plays with me is in sec 2 and he is very good at the game I play and then I will become even better than him and he would be so jealous that he would stop playing
